Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/link-visit-counterdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to Link Visit Counter > Add Links to add the URLs you want to monitor.
- Place the links as usual in your content; clicks will automatically be tracked.
- To view results, go to Link Visit Counter > Link Counts, where all tracked link clicks are displayed.

No, only links you specifically add to the plugin’s tracked list will be monitored.

Will it track right-clicks or links opened in a new tab?

No. The plugin only tracks normal left-clicks on the links. Right-clicking, using « Open in New Tab, » or copying the link address will not increase the click count.
