The Lesson Report option in the FoxLMS plugin allows students to report issues related to a lesson. If they notice incorrect information, broken content, or anything unclear, they can submit a report directly from the lesson page. This helps instructors and administrators quickly identify problems and keep lesson content accurate.

How to Enable the Lesson Reports Option #
In order to activate the Lesson Reports option, you must go to the General Settings submenu in the Fox LMS plugin. After that, move to the Advanced tab. There, in the User Dashboard settings section, you will see the Enable Lesson Reports feature. All you need to do is activate the toggle.
How Students Can Use the Lesson Reports Option #
Once this feature is enabled, course participants will be able to report a lesson whenever they encounter an issue. For example, they can notify instructors about incorrect information, technical problems, unclear explanations, or missing content.
As soon as the course is published, on the front end, the participants will see the Lesson Report Icon.
By clicking on this icon, the following box will open, offering them to share their reports.
After writing the report, students must click on the submit button.
How to See Lesson Reports #
As soon as the participants add a report to the lesson, the administrators or instructors can see it in the Lesson Reports submenu in the admin dashboard. The report will not be publicly visible.
The instructor here has the opportunity to Edit, Resolve or even Delete the reports if they do not have any connection to the lesson.
In case the report has not been resolved yet, its status will be “In Review”. After clicking on the Resolve option, the status will be changed to “Resolved”
