We would like to setup Jarvis to access Nemo and related projects.
- I have successfully generated the API key
- With this API key, I could download “ ea-2-jarvis/jarvis_quickstart:ea2” and “ea-2-jarvis/jarvis_documentation:ea2” on my Windows laptop
- On my Windows laptop, I could use command “ngc config set” and set the above API key. This works when I am NOT connecting to any of our VPN gateway. As soon as I connect to our VPN from my laptop, “ngc config set” on my laptop gives the error:
Url: https://authn.nvidia.com/token?service=ngc& is not reachable. - When I connect to a Ubuntu machine in our lab via VPN gateway, “ngc config set” on the Ubuntu machine gives the error:
Url: https://authn.nvidia.com/token?service=ngc& is not reachable.
Can you please suggest any quick troubleshooting step.
