Unable to run apt update

I have the same issue as this forum Unable to run apt update, file has unexpected size, but seems that this one is solved almost one year ago. However, I just met this error from the first time just last week, and until now, I’m still not be able to run apt update properly and got the following error log message

Im using Ubuntu 22.04 with ros2 humble installation

Hi @TharitSinsunthorn

I just tried it on my machine and didn’t encounter this bug.
Can you please try to clean the apt cache?

sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
sudo apt update

Hi @Raffaello Thank you for your support, I’m not sure if I did something wrong or not, so previously I have a waring related to keyrings of the isaacros

W: https://isaac.download.nvidia.com/isaac-ros/release-3/dists/jammy/InRelease: Key is stored in legacy trusted.gpg keyring (/etc/apt/trusted.gpg), see the DEPRECATION section in apt-key(8) for details.

So I follow someone who also had the same issue like this

So I ran the command sudo apt-key export <key> | sudo gpg --dearmour -o /usr/share/keyrings/isaac-ros.gpg
Then put this line

deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/isaac-ros.gpg] https://isaac.download.nvidia.com/isaac-ros/release-3 jammy main

inside the etc/apt/source.list.d/nvidia-isaac-ros.list.

I did this long time ago before, and has no problem until the last week.

I tried to follow your suggestion, but it’s still generate the same error. So once I tried comment out the line in nvidia-isaac-ros.list, I can run the apt update
