Thor Pin Description file confusion

Hi,

While reviewing the file Jetson_Thor_Series_Pin_Descriptions_v1.0.nvxlsx, I noticed that the following UPHY pins are listed:

  • UPHY_RX16_P – Pin B16
  • UPHY_RX16_N – Pin B17

However, in the official design guide (Jetson_Thor_Series_Modules_DesignGuide_DG12084001_v1.2.pdf), UPHY lanes are only documented up to UPHY_RX15 / TX15. There’s no mention of RX16.

My questions:

  • What is the function of UPHY_RX16?
  • Is this an additional UPHY lane available on Jetson Thor?

Jetson Thor Design Guide v1.2 is correct as it reflects the functionality/features supported on Jetson Thor module. UPHY_RX16 /TX_16 is not available/supported on Jetson Thor DevKit platform.

So the pins are not connected? It’s a bit confusing because they are in the pinout. What should we do with these pins in our design, leave them unconnected?
