msn1446311191, sorry to get back to you late on this issue. I tried your usd file. The referenced franka robot is not available. Are you using one from NVIDIA or do you have a customized one?

As for the image from that topic, have you tried ros2 topic echo? Are you able to receive messages from that topic?

Also Isaac Sim 5.1.0 is released. It is recommended to switch to the latest one. Thanks!
