On the course: “Techniques for Improving the Effectiveness of RAG Systems” I face the following error while loading the interactive environment: “Launch Error We were unable to start your GPU task. Please try again in a moment, or contact support.” If possible kindly resolve this issue thank you for your consideration.
I have the same error on the course “Introduction to Transformer-Based Natural Language Processing” I can’t access to the interactive environment , Error message “We encountered an error. Please try again.”

The problem is that, due to high GPU-powered instance demand, we are not always able to allocate lab environments for our students. These courses in particular requires a very high-demand GPU, making it harder for us to allocate a lab environment.
This is a high priority issue for us to resolve, and we are actively working on a resolution as fast as we can.
