I set up the Spark for both remote access via Nvidia Sync and also directly connecting HDMI monitor, wired keyboard, and mouse to the USB-C ports on the back of the Spark. This gives maximum flexibility and all connections have been running fine until a short time ago when I most recently rebooted the Spark. Now the wired keyboard is no longer recognized by the Spark (though the monitor and mouse work continue to work fine; connecting via Nvidia Sync also works fine). The Spark has been restarted many times before and never a hitch until now.
Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?
