It froze during the initial setup. After forcibly shutting it down, I’m not entirely sure if it won’t power on anymore, but the screen no longer displays any output. What should I do?
Hi, did you complete setup with monitor and keyboard attached or over the network?
While setting up the system over the network with the monitor and keyboard connected, the system stopped responding. Another DGX Spark completed setup with the same procedure and is working. I tried to attempt a system recovery, but the screen doesn’t display any output and I can’t even access the UEFI settings screen.
Are you trying the hdmi port? Can you try to connect the monitor using one of the usb-c ports? Or the other way around?
If you plug out the power cord and plug it back in without touching any button, does the system turn on? You should be able to feel and hear the fans spinning.
