Cma memory allocation

Hi ,
currently i am using nvidia jetsion orin nx 16 ram and i cannot allocated CMA memory more than 512mb ,may i know i why ,in my use case i need to allocate 1gb cma memory ?

same here with xavier nx stuck with 64MB, and impossible to change it from kerne boot param or patched kernel image. on jetpack 5.1.4
