Hi everyone,
I want to bring my own gstreamer plugin in GraphComposer, I believe it’s possible. However the option that would permit it is disabled.
The official documentation says that I need to install the Deepstream SDK, which I did before installing GraphComposer.
Does anyone know things that could help me resolve this problem?
Thanks.
What kind of GStreamer plugin? Can it work with “gst-launch-1.0” command in your environment?
What is your environment? Ubuntu 22.04+dGPU?
Have you run “gxf_server” before you open the composer UI?
Hi, sorry for the missing details.
I’m on Ubuntu 22.04 on dGPU.
For now it’s only a plugin that switch red and blue channels on the video. It’s a simple one but it’s for experimentation.
I can run it with the gst-launch-1.0 command and on a Deepstream pipeline (python but that shouldn’t be the cause) :
(with and without the plugin)
The gxf_server is indeed running :
That’s why I’m perplexed with this issue…
I don’t meet such problem with running inside nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:7.1-gc-triton-devel docker container.
Well, so it’s strange.
Thanks for the information I will try different things and write here if i find anything.
There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue anymore. Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one. Thanks
