Can not push a Docker image to ngc registry

Hi *,
I am trying to cross compile my jetson-agx (Aarch64) Docker images from an amd64 environment , pushing them to the ngc registry and later pulling them (i.e. the images ) to the AGX.

I have successfully :
a) created an account i.e. dkalog ([email protected])
b) configured nvidia-api-key
c) verified that it works (allows me to docker pull images)
d) cross compile images for aarch64 on the X86 architecture.
e) I have downloaded and configured ngc-cli utility

So when I try to push an image :

$ ./ngc registry image push nvcr.io/dkalog/crossjet:v1.0

The push refers to repository [nvcr.io/dkalog/crossjet]
