Rebuilt vue app no longer full screen

I have a single page app I needed to rebuild due to a couple typos in the translated output

Now the page is not full screen

Shows the same on iPhone 12, ios17, and iPhone 17, iOS 26

The app hasn’t changed for almost 2 years, but iOS and Xcode have changed on my Mac mini

Any places to look?

I cloned to github repo for this app and rebuilt and its full screen again..

so something happened to the folder somewhere..
