The Limit Options feature allows you to set a fixed limit to the number of times an option can be selected for individual options across fields checkbox, radio button, and dropdown fields. As users submit the form, the system tracks selections and disables options once their limit is reached, maintaining accurate availability and preventing over-selection.

Adding a Limit to Field Options

• Add a Radio Button, Checkbox, or Dropdown field to your form
• Select set option limit
• Show remaining quantity in the selection (optional)

Limit Option Settings

Clicking the "Settings" button that appears after selecting "Set option limits" will allow you to change the text that appears for the limited field options. You can change the default "remaining" to another word/phrase (like "left" or "in stock"), as well as change the message that appears when that option is exhausted. For this to appear, you must also selection the option in Form Permissions to disable rather than hide field choices that have reached their limit.

Disable the option that has reached the limits instead of hiding it

By default, options are automatically hidden once the limit is reached. To disable them instead, go to the form’s settings page, open the Permissions section, and check Disable field choices that have reached their max limit rather than hiding them
