JOWO 2026 Episode XII: The Tropical Spring of Ontology

The mission of the Joint Ontology Workshops (JOWO) series is to join forces of the diverse communities interested in building, reasoning with, and applying formalised ontologies in the wide spectrum of information sciences, knowledge representation, artificial intelligence theory and applications, logic, philosophy, linguistics, cognitive science, and beyond. JOWO 2026 is the twelfth edition of the series, and will be held on-site in conjunction with FOIS 2026, during the first two days of the conference (21st and 22nd September 2026) in Vitória, Brazil.

The contributions to the accepted workshops will be submitted for open access publication in a joint CEUR proceedings volume (unless opting out), within the IAOA series at CEUR. This series is indexed by SCOPUS and DBLP.
