    You can enable the option to automatically delete the file from your website’s local storage within the Cloud Storage Manager settings if you do not want to save a local copy.

How to Integrate With Fluent Forms

Integrate Amazon S3 easily with Fluent Forms Pro by following these steps.

Steps for Integrating Amazon S3 with Fluent Forms:

  • Install and activate Cloud Storage Manager Pro plugin on your WordPress website.
  • Sign in to your AWS Management Console and navigate to the S3 service.
  • Create a new S3 bucket or select an existing one. Note down the Bucket Name and Region.
  • Open the IAM (Identity and Access Management) console to manage access credentials.
  • Create a new IAM user with Programmatic access enabled.
    Assign permissions to the IAM user by either:
  • Attaching the AmazonS3FullAccess policy for full S3 access, or
  • Creating a custom policy that grants access only to your specific bucket.
  • After user creation, download or copy the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key – these will be shown only once.
  • In your integration settings inside Fluent Forms, enter the following details:
  • Access Key ID
  • Secret Access Key
  • Bucket Name
  • Region

  • Automatic file storage: Files and images uploaded through Fluent Forms are sent to your Amazon S3 bucket, keeping your site lightweight and optimized. Organize them using submission id, submission serial number, email, ip and others using smartcodes.
    By the way, you have the choice to save a copy on your server or automatically delete them after file transfer.
