Foundational Design & Strategic Development – Community and Social Impact Regina
Flow played a central role in the early-stage design and development of Community and Social Impact Regina, a new organization established to implement the city’s Community Safety & Well-Being (CSWB) Plan across six priority areas.
As part of the initial core project team, Flow provided strategic, facilitative, and structural support throughout the organization’s formative phase.
Key contributions:
- Organizational Design & Strategic Planning: Helped shape the organization’s early structure, mission, and strategic focus in alignment with Regina’s CSWB Plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitated broad-based engagement across sectors and communities to inform priorities and co-create solutions tied to the six CSWB focus areas.
- Community Action Tables: Supported the development and coordination of action tables to operationalize collaborative work across various issue domains.
- Governance Development: Partnered with the core city project team and a co-consultant to establish a founding Board of Directors, support governance structure design, and lead a community-informed naming process.
- Executive Transition Support: Provided soft support to the recruitment process for the inaugural Executive Director, ensuring alignment between organizational values and leadership selection.
This engagement illustrates Flow’s strength in building organizations from the ground up, blending strategy, facilitation, and governance to lay the foundation for long-term community impact.
