if anyone who knew me before my diagnosis stumbles onto this page and is curious about it, this is something that occured during late december however i will not be explaining the details and what went down that time. block me if you must, but this is something i cannot control nor is it curable obviously.

ㅤ001. RUNDOWNㅤ p-did is a basically a characteristic of a dominant alter, usually deemed as the host, to be in charge of handling daily tasks and necessities in real life. meanwhile alternative alters are typically intrusions that don't frequently take executive control from time to time.
ㅤ002. TERMINOLOGYㅤ although i'm more familiar with using personal pronouns (she, he, they, etc), i use subjective pronouns (we, us) to refer to the alters as a whole in the endless fields system. (which is the name of our collective)
ㅤ003. BOUNDARIESㅤ doubles are a 50/50, we aren't comfortable with it but we do give our upmost respect simply out of common sense. roleplaying too; we aren't the same 'character' just because we're from the same same source of origin.
ㅤ004. STATUSㅤ like stated in the rundown, fronting is not frequent and alters usually never front casually unless it is triggered by an emotional disruption or a specific situation, it can even happen in the middle of a conversation for me! whenever this happens, you can ask on whoever is fronting.

KNOWLEDGEㅤ yes having people live rent free in my headspace can be draining, but it hasn't gotten me to stop my time to fully understand and research about my situation once i got the diagnosis 🤔 do know, some alters (especially) will know your name despite you not knowing them because i may or may not have done some 'adjustments' regarding it - simply plural is the best lwk
