All purchases are final. Refunds can be done on case by case basis if you not started to use your account. If you used download bandwidth, we can't provide refund. We do not provide partial refunds.
To get refund, please contact us via Contact Us. Please write your username, email and payment date. We will review your request within 48 hours. After sending refund to you, you will receive money back within 10 business days.
