Flo-Smart is perfect for dispensing dairy or plant milks into jugs before steaming. Our systems have an automatic jug sensor that immediately dispenses the right amount of milk each time. Alternatively, you can program them to remember serving volumes, so all you need to do is choose the right one.
Using Flo-Smart for milk cuts out a number of bottlenecks – namely, the time-consuming process of reaching into fridges, pouring out milk, and putting a bottle or carton back. At the same time, you can cut down on packaging waste and keep your service area much tidier.
Flo-Smart is also an ideal choice for instant, fresh iced coffee service. Using the four-tap version’s dual pour functionality, you can use one tap to dispense espresso concentrate and another to dispense milk simultaneously.
This means instant iced coffee without needing to pull espresso shots or manually measure out each serving of milk. Instead, you can serve an iced coffee in just six seconds, significantly increasing your productivity.

Once you’ve prepared a batch of cold brew, simply connect your bladder to the Flo-Smart system using industry-standard dispensing lines, and start pouring.
This means you can save time on manually pouring out servings of cold brew or mixing a concentrate with water, as well as eliminating waste.
You can also use Flo-Smart to quickly and efficiently serve other trending drinks like iced matcha. Whether you use matcha concentrate and milk or a pre-prepared batch of iced matcha, you can harness Flo-Smart’s six-second dispensing time and hands-free service profiles.
