Leadership is shaped by the ability to continuously learn and evolve. Effective leadership formation is an ongoing relational process.
The challenge is designing organisations that can facilitate continuous learning and personal growth through building genuine relationships whilst also contributing to an organisation’s purpose and vision. The present study explores community organising and the potential role of an Appreciative Leadership based approach to positively revolutionise movements for social change and optimise volunteers’ contributions, and foster a sense of meaningfulness.
