I'm so so sorry, guys, for being around so little, and there's awesome stuff to read and the sheer excitement of BOYS tonight, and wow, I actually am loving this season, a few rubbishy episodes aside.

I saw lazy_daze on the weekend and her Big Bang makes me want to melt and I only heard the basics of it. If she even speaks of thinking of not signing up to take part this year, you're to inform me so I can properly beg/bully/blackmail her. ♥

Other news of note, I've made a switch in my icons to male models, though I fear that eventually I will end up with 100 or so icons of nobody but Boyd Holbrook.

archon_mentha wrote me a Dean-centric Hell!ficlet, here. It's very very dark and it has warnings for implied non-con. Her horror is what I wish mine could be. *fangirls*

Lastly, I kind of picked up on with The day before Hell again, and so here is a very very small ficlet that really does require you to have read the other parts first and the accompanying warnings.

I have tried. I have desperately tried to restrain myself because offering my thoughts on the wank du jour serves no purpose. No purpose aside from making me feel slightly less frustrated so - here is a greatly shortened version of my rant.

liv_niggle has made this absolutely stupendous tribute-video to The Day Before Hell. I am completely floored by it and you should all go and look at it and squee. It does have some footage from 3.16, people, just before you go and get spoiled. But everyone should watch it because liv_niggle has just made something completely magnificent.

More from the Day Before Before Hell-verse tonight. I've never really created a 'verse' before but this set-up of mad!Anti-Christ!Sam/Dean-substitute!Ben in the apocalypse just keeps producing new little scenes I need to write.

And if it's any consolation for the less-than cheerful tone of it all, I do actually have a happy ending kinda sorta worked out for it. I'm not ready to write it yet but it's good for me to know when I'm writing it that there's a happy(ish) place at the end.

Firstly, a huge thanks to oxoniensis for the very lovely gesture of support and encouragement! It's really very very kind of you and I appreciate it immensely!

Secondly, Dark Side of the Moon for today will delayed until this evening. I got up at about 3am to write it this morning because my brain has unhelpfully decided that this is when it wants to do its writing. I finished the segment, saved it and went back to bed. And now, this morning, when I try to open it, my computer keeps throwing me out of the program. It's behaving on everything else so I should be grateful it's only a few hundred words I've lost but I hate having to rewrite something I thought was done.

While I try to work up the strength and patience to set about rewriting, please have this short piece set in the The Day Before Hell-verse, featuring Dean's son, Ben, attempting to live with crazy!Anti-Christ!Sam after Dean's death. I do seem to be having a lot of fun playing with this premise so I hope you'll like it. :)
