What subscription plans does FCP Driver offer?

FCP Driver offers two plans: Basic ($10/month) and Flex ($25/month). Both include access to our legal network of CDL-specialist attorneys and full case management services. The Flex plan adds a waived case management fee, interest-free attorney fee installments, free MVR requests, and DMV communication services.

Flex Plan subscribers split attorney fees into four equal monthly payments at no interest. The first payment (25% of the attorney fee) is due before FCP engages the provider attorney. The remaining three payments are automatically charged monthly. Note: only one active installment plan may be in effect at a time — a new citation cannot use installments until the prior plan is paid in full. If a payment is missed, the entire remaining balance becomes due immediately.

Both plans include case management for pre-existing citations (received before your subscription began), provided FCP receives the citation at least 10 business days before your first court date. Standard plan terms apply. Pre-existing citations involving serious traffic violations (such as vehicular manslaughter or negligent homicide) are excluded.

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time — plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If downgrading from Flex to Basic while an active installment plan is in progress, the remaining balance must be paid in full first. If upgrading from Basic to Flex, enhanced Flex benefits apply only to new citations filed after the upgrade date.

To be eligible, a subscriber’s vehicle — whether commercial or passenger — must be registered with the appropriate state or governmental agency and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing its operation throughout the subscription term.

FCP’s case management services for any open legal matter end as of the subscription expiration or termination date. Your relationship with your provider attorney is independent of FCP — you may continue working with them directly at your own expense. FCP will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a smooth transition of your case information. Outstanding balances remain due regardless of subscription status.

Benefits are not provided for matters arising from drug or alcohol-related issues; failure to appear on prior violations; driving on a suspended, revoked, or invalid license; leaving the scene of an accident; felonies; past-due citations; red-light camera violations; civil or criminal cases; boat/watercraft violations; appeals; and more. See the Subscription Agreement for a comprehensive list.

No. While our network of attorneys is highly successful in getting citations dismissed or reduced, enrollment is not a guarantee of results. All legal matters are evaluated on their own merit by provider attorneys on a case-by-case basis. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable, except as provided in the Subscription Agreement.
