OS using Windows 7 (64). Scanning from Control Panel is alright, but from MP Navigator 3.1 show “Scan failed…”.
The solution that worked for me is to append into the PATH environment variable the following path (YMMV):
C:\Windows\twain_32\MP140 series
After that, restart MP Navigator 3.1 and you should able to scan. Good luck.
