Just watched the new Whose line is it anyway, where Misha was the celebrity guest. That show is still every bit as funny - I had tears in my eyes from laughing! Misha just had two bits, and he did a good job. Wayne Brady and Ryan killed me. I liked Aisha as host too,. She's a huge SPN fan, and Wayne Brady apparently is too.
Side note: a drug commercial for ADHD, with the usual spiel of side effects and warnings. One warning? SUDDEN DEATH. Yeah, SUDDEN DEATH is a warning, and I don't mean like for football. Pretty much I plan to never take ANYTHING that has SUDDEN DEATH as a warning on it!!!
Had PT today, it went well. Always a little sore afterward, but you're working the tender area, so it's going to happen. Traction again! That's not comfortable, but OH SO GOOD after it's done. She cleared me for going to class this week, but with strong modifications. No impact at all - no jumping, no hitting anything. Low kicks, nothing even near the waist. Limited twisting - gently and not full range. That all being said, she felt it would be beneficial to start moving again now, but just walking through things.
I've apparently hit my first weight loss goal: I've broke below 200. Yesterday and today, my scale said 199. I can't tell you how pleased I am about this, both in the reaching of this goal and in the optimism it imbues me with. I lost weight when I couldn't even exercise here for the last month. That's fucking amazing. As I begin to move around anew, and keeping up with the eating plan (I'm about 85-90% on it)? I have every hope of attaining goal #2: 180-185, which will be 20% of my starting body weight. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I've gotta change to go to work for a bit. Later :-)
