Stan’s working experience spans 25 years both in tourism/hospitality management and ownership of a variety of business including RV Resort development/Management, Hotel Management, Glamping Development, Program design and program delivery and destination marketing management. Experiences include small to large scale operations, third party contract management in varies levels of Government and private sector management.

First Nation Development Consultant

Chris brings over two decades of hands-on experience in First Nation business development, operations, and strategic planning. He led business development for the Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation for 24 years, delivering destination tourism assets, large-scale campground operations, and resort infrastructure. Chris is known for forging partnerships across Indigenous communities, government, and the private sector to drive sustainable, culturally integrated economic growth.

Jenna Bower (cnúk) is a respected Syilx/Okanagan cultural leader from the Osoyoos Indian Band. She is known for her work at the Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre, where she advances Indigenous‑led cultural tourism while helping protect the region’s fragile desert ecosystem. Jenna strengthens the visibility of Syilx history, language, and land‑based knowledge through conservation partnerships, community programming, and cultural sensitivity training.

First Nation Hospitality Development

Taylor Baptiste is a Syilx/Okanagan artist and cultural knowledge‑keeper from the Osoyoos Indian Band. Through her visual art, cultural involvement, and specialization in Indigenous cultural branding, Taylor contributes to the revitalization of Syilx traditions and strengthens Indigenous representation across British Columbia.

Cultural Sharing and Implementation

Patty Bower is from the sukʷnaʔqin Okanagan syilx Nation, and has roots to the Sinixt Arrow Lakes People. She is the owner operator of Sẁiẁs Spirit Tours located in Osoyoos BC which offers authentic local experience by assuring excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of the south Okanagan.

Resort Land Development on First Nations Properties

Noah Bower is a member of the Osoyoos Indian Band and is fourth year journeyman carpenter and heavy equipment operator. Noah, owner operator of Bower Contracting has a 305 excavator and is experienced in underground utilities and RV Park construction.

Noah is also an experienced hunting guide with in-depth knowledge of traditional hunting skills of the sukʷnaʔqin territory.

Chris Bower brings over two decades of hands-on experience in First Nation business development, operations, and strategic planning. Chris is known for forging partnerships across Indigenous communities, government, and the private sector to drive sustainable, culturally integrated economic growth. He transformed Nk’Mip Campground & RV Park into one of Western Canada’s largest year-round RV parks with 414 sites, attracting snowbirds nationwide.

He led business development by delivering destination tourism assets, large-scale campground operations, and resort infrastructure.
