Tom Killen's name buried in latest activity

Anyone here remember Thomas Killen? I, for one, had trouble recalling the name. That is until an astute reader, Lucy, sent DarkUFO the following observation.

every time you do the plotter game the code in the box changes entirely EXCEPT for the first half of line 6 which is always the same 45 75 73 76 76 69 78 95 84 45. i transcribed the whole box for several different games and its all complete jargon except for this one section which is always the same which spells out -KILLEN-T- (the -'s are where there is 'blank' code which doesnt correspond to an letter or number)

Sam's Flickr photo

As is now blatantly obvious, the [purple] picture, found on flickr, that I posted before, is none other than Sam himself. Yes, his hair is much longer to the left, but the facial similarity is too large for it to be anybody else. So...how and why did Tom Killen have a picture of Sam on his flickr? Are they one and the same?
