So yeah, I screwed that up in Drowning. Like whoa. I was so sure the big Angel-Riley fight had been early in the season I didn't even look it up. Turns out it isn't until toward the end. So when they caught Spike Riley had no idea who Angel was. Great. This I discover almost 11 chapters in.

Can we just pretend the timeline is not like that? Can we just pretend the whole story differs from the beginning of S4 so there's no Parker because he was boring anyway and Buffy and Riley started seeing each other almost right away. So we have a jealous Angel beating the crap out of Riley and THEN they catch Spike and after that it's all just like I said? Thank you.
