In Essence: Heel Spiral Liftoff, to Walking (Patrons)

In this foot-focused refinement of several seminal lessons from our free collections—plus our spiral lessons for Patrons—you'll introduce or review how slight twists of your heels in the plane of the floor tonify your feet and ankles, building a spiral of skeletal support through your lower legs, knees, and hip joints and all the way up and through you into action. Intended for repeated practice; after a few times through, the three parts of the lesson can be reviewed independently. Timestamps:
