Sewing, yay!
So, I am insane and not only am i making new garb for an sca event i might not be able to make, but i have also upped my original plans from two layers -- fitted overbust skirt plus sheer robe -- to five, six if I make the underskirt. Yeah, I should be smacked.
Also, I bought about 45m of fabric yesterday in Nippori, for about fifty bucks, yay. I managed to squeeze it all into my backpack for the trek home, too!
About 24m is for this project, while 14m is in various shades of yellow for my nebulous plans of chocobo!lolita. :D
Then I have this nice blue herringbone remnant that might become a vest, and a carribbean blue crisp broadcloth destined for [bloused] nagabakama. Yes, bright blue hakama. I will be rockin.
