SNOW!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, I'm in Arizona, and now i shall chronicle my time here...
Saturday: woke up at four, left the house at five, the flight left at seven fifteen. We didnt bring the knitting needles on the plane, cuz we werent sure if the airport security would hassle us or not.... I'm going to call the phoenix airline in a few days to see if we can for the return flight. We got to austin, tx, then to phoenix, then drove for a long time to sedona. Stayed overnight in sedona...yes, the highly psychicpsychedelic place....
sunday: Umm....shopped in sedona....drove to grand canyon...stopped at a mountain on the way and made a snowman...stayed overnight in grandcanyon...
monday: walked around grand canyon....it snowed...then it stopped snowing....then it snowed really hard...and we barely made the last shuttle at ten back to our room....
And now is tuesday. We're staying outside the canyon tonight, but atleast there's internet! woot!
Notice I haven't talked much about the trails? well, the views are spectacular....and its pretty cold (as in it has gotten below freezing at times when i was still outside), and I've been loving the snow....And i'm not saying anymore for now, cuz we have so many freaking pictures that i'll give anyone who cares a complete slideshow, which should last an hour or so (actually, its my dad who's the camera freak, lol)
Got another ficlet idea, one that could possibly work into a longer storyline. GW, 1x2, set in the fricking cold Grand Canyon. Yeah, lame, but i could soooooo picture it when I was walking yesterday...or was it the day before....
