O HAI GIZE

You may have noticed that my only recent posts have been event-related. Recently, I seem to have acquired some sort of social life, which on top of work makes me even less likely to collate fic recs properly. Whoops.

On the other hand, I've been working on more costume designs, planning tea/theme parties for the future, and going to events! Tried my hand at running a doujinshi/goods pickup service for the last one I attended, and it went well! I'm looking forward to doing this more often.

In a week and a half, I'll be going to Tokyo Decadence, a club party known for some outrageous costuming. The theme this time is black and white, and my friend and I are going as unicorns. This should be epic. Still working on the accessories, though.

And I have tomorrow off, and I'm determined to see RED, as a friend mentioned it is now playing in Japan. I thought it'd never get here! I've been looking forward to it ever since @warrenellis started blogging about the movie. XD Anyway, excited.

So. That is my life, recently. Been slowly getting my apartment into a configuration that pleases me, cooking, shopping, and/or socializing on weekends, and spending far too much money on expanding my doujinshi collection and costuming supplies. You know. Normal things. ^^;;
