Pet peeve:

Being scheduled for a shift at the front desk and discovering way too late that I'm going to be the only one at the front desk all day. When I don't have any real training to help most of the people who call or need help. And none of my managers seem to be reachable. Fucking peachy.

brb, setting the whole world on fire

It has been almost 3 weeks since I posted last. Sorry! I'm retarded. And this will be a short post as well because I have to be up in like 7 hours to go have another heinously long day of teaching + waiting tables.

Basically I've just been busy. I'm working more than ever at BOTH jobs, with the result that I get a day off about every other week. I'm not really complaining, mind; it's nice to have money to do what I want with. And by "do what I want" I mean "see Green Day a ridiculous amount of times." But you knew that already.

This icon makes me want to transfer to the restaurant in Hawaii and live in Honolulu for like 3 months just to say I've lived in Hawaii. Maybe I'll do that when I come back from my trip next year. WHO KNOWS. WHAT UP, HAWAII?

Okay clearly I have nothing intelligent at all to say anymore so instead I am going to go to bed so I'm not a shuffling dead woman in the morning. G'night!

Nothing quite puts the cap on your panic-inducing mound of stress as realizing, "Hoshit, I only have 10 weeks left before my big deadline!" except to remember that you in fact only have 9 weeks because you'll be spending 5 days in the Bay area with your frantic mother helping her look around for a house & do job interviews. That being said, it's time for a time-wasting post while I'm on my afternoon break—now with more pictures and youtube links!
