slow dancing in a burning room: status update

Hello hello! For everyone who's wondering why the last chapter of Slow Dancing is taking so damn long (compared to how quickly previous updates came), just a quick note: I got influenza this week and it totally kicked my ass. So I'm putting finishing up the chapter aside while I catch up on school-work (I have 2 separate exams next week), and additionally, an old friend of mine is in town this weekend that I haven't seen since I moved away from California, so she also takes precedence.

I am anticipating having the fic done & posted by hopefully Wednesday at the very very latest and sooner if at all possible. There will also be a master-post put up at that time, with some art and a playlist. Thanks for reading & being patient, and sorry to leave you holding! ♥
