I am Computer Science PhD Student at Rutgers University developing responsible AI systems with an emphasis on model reasoning.
11/08/2025 Check out our paper “Evaluating Implicit Biases in LLM Reasoning through Logic Grid Puzzles” [arXiv:2511.06160] where we introduce PRIME, a novel logic puzzle based bias evaluation framework! The code and datasets are available on Github. Visit our project website for more information.
09/25/2024 Our paper “Who Evaluates the Evaluations? Objectively Scoring Text-to-Image Prompt Coherence Metrics with T2IScoreScore (TS2)” has been accepted to NeurIPS 2024 [arXiv:2404.04251]
08/04/2024 Check our paper on meta-metric for T2I faithfulness metrics, T2IScoreScore (TS2)! Check out our demo website with interactive leaderboard [demo link] and the paper: [arXiv:2404.04251]. The dataset is available on Hugging Face.
12/28/2023 Received the Global Engineering Education Award at the 6th IEOM Conference in Bangladesh on behalf of the IEOM Society International.
I am a 1st-year PhD candidate at Rutgers Univeristy, advised by Dr. Sharon Levy. My research focuses on the responsible development of AI systems with an emphasis on evaluating and improving model reasoning. I aim to address issues of fairness, robustness, safety, and adaptability in language models to ensure trustworthy and unbiased reasoning across multimodal and multilingual settings. I am deeply invested in pushing the boundaries of natural language understanding and generation, focusing on creating models that are not only advanced but also fair, robust, and explainable. My passion also extends to the fusion of Computer Vision, HCI, and NLP to transcend traditional interfaces, enhance societal communication, and deepen our understanding of cognitive processes.
Before joining Rutgers, I worked as a Senior Assessment Developer at Workera. I earned my bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. I am extremely fortunate to be advised by Dr. Mohammed Moshiul Hoque. I am a recipient of the Fatima Al-Fihri Predoctoral Fellowship, where I am collaborated with UC Santa Barbara NLP Group on evaluating faithfulness in text-to-image model metrics. I am a former Undergraduate Research Student at CUET NLP lab, where I had the chance to work on developing benchmark corpus and frameworks for Bangla Natural Language Processing. I am a professional member of IEEE and the former Vice Chairman of IEEE CUET Women In Engineering Affinity Group.
