What is the process to sign up and get my service activated?
All you need to do is check your address here, and if service is available, you can place your order and schedule your appointment right away! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
What is involved in the service installation?
It’s simple! Our professional technician will arrive within your 2-hour window and complete the setup within about 2 hours of their arrival. They’ll install fiber, set up your Wi-Fi device, help connect your main household devices, and show you how to manage Wi-Fi through our app. Learn more here.
Do you offer bundles that include phone and TV services?
No. We think our customers deserve choices. Bundles and packages lock you in, making you think you’re saving money, but you’re really not.
Many of our customers use Ooma for home phone service that works over the internet. You can keep your phone number. Go to Ooma for more.
