When you use this site, especially when you sign up for the newsletter, I promise to treat your information with respect.
1. What Information I Collect (And Why)
- Your Email Address: If you sign up for the newsletter, I obviously need this to send you the newsletter.
- Basic Usage Data: Like almost every website on the planet, I use standard tools (like cookies) to collect basic, non-personal data (like your IP address, what pages you click on, and how long you stay). This is purely to help me understand what content you like and how the site is working so I can make the blog better.
2. My Promise (No Spam, Period)
- No Spam: If you give me your email, I will only use it to send you the Farm 96 newsletter and updates. I will never sell your email address to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Security: I use standard, commercially available tools and systems (like my email service provider) to help protect your data. While no internet connection is 100% secure (no one can guarantee that), I take your privacy seriously and will always do my best to keep your information protected.
3. Your Rights
- Unsubscribing: If you ever want your data removed from my list, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter. It works instantly. If you have any trouble, contact me and I will remove you manually.
- Cookies: You can tell your browser to refuse cookies, but just know that some parts of the site might not work as well.
If you have any questions, you can always reach out via the contact page.
