Because of the exponential increase in the amount of information available on the Internet, problems related to navigation flow are commonly found by users. The results presented indicate that the website has information architecture consistent with the scope of the project and meet the W3C recommendations. The study also indicated possibilities of improvement in the application.

A evacuação em casas de show, salas de cinema, teatros e estádios envolve um alto grau de complex... more A evacuação em casas de show, salas de cinema, teatros e estádios envolve um alto grau de complexidade, por isso, merece uma atenção especial. Estudos nessa área devem levar em conta que a evacuação em locais de grande público está sujeita a restrições temporais, físicas e comportamentais. Portanto, quando comparados às simulações em situações reais, que são caras e de difícil execução, os modelos computacionais despontam como uma alternativa viável. No presente estudo, objetivou-se a criação de um modelo conceitual para evacuação em locais de grande público, cuja metodologia mista foi orientada a partir do conceito de múltiplos agentes e da analogia do fluxo de fluidos. Tendo em vista que o tempo é um fator determinante para minimizar danos e perdas mais graves em casos de emergência, busca-se oferecer orientações práticas que possibilitem a criação de um software para auxiliar os tomadores de decisão e os futuros projetos de empreendimentos destinados a receber grandes públicos.

This work is primarily aimed at understanding how the models of best practice in governance of In... more This work is primarily aimed at understanding how the models of best practice in governance of Information Technology (IT) can positively impact the performance of Brazilian companies. This qualitative and quantitative study of exploratory and descriptive level was carried out through an electronic survey, to which were invited 38 Brazilian companies that reported using models of best information technology practices, the delimitation of the constructs is given from the perspective of executives, users and members of IT teams. The results indicate that there is a tendency among executives to relate directly the adoption of models of best IT governance practices to the estimated benefits and costs. The study also found that in environments where specialized human assets are essential to the efficient and effective implementation processes, meet the contractor and IT services users becomes difficult. The results suggest that the low involvement of top management in the improvement of identification in the internal processes of the organization can impact the results delivery agility negatively.

The research method used in this exploratory qualitative study is guided by a theoretical framework formed from two methodologies: the Theory of Stakeholders that allows us to understand the relationship between the parties; and the concept of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) that analyzes the performance of companies from economic, social and environmental parameters. As major contribution, the paper discusses the concept of innovation in sustainable business, highlighting the role of the project office as an interface between governance and corporate social responsibility and the critical success factors for corporate sustainability.

A análise da literatura, além do aprofundamento dos conhecimentos sobre a temática, permitirá desvelar a necessidade de buscar prover um conjunto de requisitos iniciais para o desenvolvimento de aplicações web que atenda às atuais e futuras demandas. Em um ambiente caracterizado por constante transformação, a reação a mudanças é mais importante do que um plano pré-definido.

Em virtude do crescimento exponencial da quantidade de informação disponível na Internet, problemas relacionados ao fluxo de navegação são frequentemente detectados pelos usuários. Os resultados apresentados indicam que o website tem uma arquitetura informacional condizente com o escopo do projeto e atende as recomendações do W3C. O estudo indicou também possibilidades de melhoria na aplicação.
