Meet Chrisinda / RPN / CEO

Chrisinda Tkatch.

Global Expertise, Refined Results Continuously trained and educated on a global scale, Chrisinda has refined her approach to create fresh, natural-looking outcomes. With over 32 years of nursing experience, she combines medical precision with an artistic eye. Her dedication to education has taken her around the world—from advanced cadaver courses in Toronto to specialized training in Los Angeles and Dubai—ensuring Face First clients receive the safest, most advanced techniques available.

Safety & Philosophy Chrisinda leads with a philosophy that prioritizes safety, education, and expertise. She believes in treating the skin slow and steady, recommending only what fits your goals. Her focus is on building long-lasting patient relationships grounded in trust, helping every client feel youthful, restored, and beautiful in their skin.

Community & Connection Deeply rooted in Regina, Chrisinda is a passionate community advocate. A former Ms. Canada (2016), she used her platform to raise over $30,000 for SOFIA House and continues to support local businesses and charities like the Alzheimer Society. When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find her traveling off the beaten path, weight training at the gym, or gardening with her partner Michael and their dog, Iann.

Meet Tealyn / RN

Tealyn Rusescu

Tealyn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia in 2012. She has worked in a variety of acute settings including Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, Medical-Surgical, Day Surgery and the Emergency Department in Calgary, AB. In addition to injecting, she also currently works casual on Day Surgery at the Pasqua Hospital and at the Pre-Admission Clinic.

Tealyn has always had a keen interest in medical aesthetics and the artistic aspect of injections. She has taken her neuromodulator and dermal filler course with Frida Academy and has received her Advanced injector certificate through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics. Her goal as a nurse injector is to listen to your goals, provide you with education on the proposed treatments and make you feel safe and comfortable.

In her off time, she and her husband run a bit of a zoo at home as they are busy parents of 3 young children, along with 2 dogs and 2 cats. They love being outdoors, spending time with family and checking out all the local attractions.

Meet Shawna / RPN

Shawna Nurse

Shawna is a RPN with 30 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in mental health and pain management. Shawna works at the pain clinic in Regina where she is loved by many for her compassionate and gentle approach to patient care. Now a Certified Aesthetic Injector, Shawna brings her deep understanding of mental and emotional well-being into the world of medical aesthetics. She believes in the power of confidence and how feeling good on the outside can positively impact mental health. Trained with the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics, she continues to complete training specific to injectables on a routine basis.
A wife of over 20 years and a proud mother of two adult daughters, Shawna is passionate about fitness, fashion and family. She is also deeply committed to continuous growth and learning, a value that aligns with Face First Medical Aesthetics’ mission to always strive for excellence, education, and innovation in the industry. With her clinical experience, warm demeanor and patient- centered care, Shawna is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best inside and out.

Meet Christina / Medical Aesthetician

Christina Marceca

Christina has been in the Medical aesthetics industry for over 15 years. She is has numerous certifications including chemical Peels, Micro-needling, IPL, Laser Hair removal, and Laser acne treatments to name only a few. She is widely known for her gentle, caring nature and her cautious, thoughtful approach to laser resurfacing, always prioritizing patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Christina enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and family.

Meet our Medical Director Dr. Rossouw

Jacobus Rossouw

Dr. Rossouw is a respected ER physician in Regina with years of frontline medical experience and a calm, compassionate approach to patient care. His extensive background in emergency and trauma medicine makes him an invaluable asset to our clinic, ensuring the highest level of preparedness in any situation. With hands-on experience in aesthetics and injectables, he brings both medical precision and a keen eye for detail.

At Face First Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Rossouw plays an essential role in overseeing client medical histories and is available to address any questions or concerns prior to treatment, demonstrating his strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. His presence elevates our standard of care and supports the professionalism we proudly uphold.

Meet Kellen /Receptionist & Office Manager

Kellen Bojic is our receptionist and office manager. He is often the first face you’ll meet when you enter our clinic. We love his friendly and welcoming personality, always greeting visitors with a smile.

Kellen graduated from HCCA in Regina and has a passion for hockey, which he has played for most of his life. He played out his minor hockey years in Regina and recently for a few different junior hockey teams across Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Kellen’s goal is to help people feel comfortable and welcomed when they visit Face First.

Meet Bryana /Receptionist & Administration

Bry has been an administrator for 8+ years in a few different industries. She works full-time at the Cancer Agency as an Office Clerk. Bry loves being able to provide service to others and make them feel special, no matter what service they are receiving. She has a true passion for making a client feel important and cared for when she is working with them.

When Bry is not working, she is dancing. Exploring her culture is very important to her! She has been dancing traditionally since she was 5 years old, and in recent years has been learning salsa and bachata. If she is not at dance practice, you can find her hanging out, cuddling her little chihuahua at home, listening to true crime podcasts.

Medical Director, Mentor, and Friend

Some people leave an impression that lasts a lifetime.
Dr. Serhii Haidash was one of those rare souls.

With over 35 years of medical experience, Dr. Haidash was a distinguished family physician whose career began in Ukraine and flourished in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. He was not only a pillar of the medical community but also a cornerstone of our team at Face First Medical Aesthetics, where he served as our trusted Medical Director.

Dr. Haidash brought a profound blend of wisdom, gentleness, and humor to everything he did. He had a special interest in pain management and medical aesthetics, always ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to patient safety guided our practice and deeply touched the lives of those around him.

But beyond his medical achievements, Dr. Haidash was so much more: a supportive colleague, a loyal friend, and above all, a devoted father. His daughter was the light of his life, and his love for her was evident to all who knew him.

He supported us, laughed with us, and celebrated life with us. Always willing to help, always quick with a great joke. His spirit continues to guide our clinic, and his legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched.

We will miss you deeply, Dr. Haidash.
