How to Use

1. After activating the plugin, go to Elementor > TriggerNinja For Elementor Form in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on the Platform Manager tab.
3. Enable the platform you want to connect to and enter your API key and any other required information.
4. Create a new form or edit an existing Elementor form widget.
5. Under Actions After Submit, add the platform action you enabled.
6. Open the new action panel, select the list you want to use, and map your form fields to the corresponding fields in your marketing platform.
7. Save the changes, then test by submitting the form with sample data.

Now, when a user submits the form, the data will be automatically sent to your chosen marketing platform.

Data Usage & Privacy

TriggerNinja – Actions for Elementor Form connects your form submissions to the selected third-party service through its official API. When a form action is triggered, the data mapped in that action (for example: email address, name, phone number, and any custom fields you select) is securely transmitted to the service you configure. No information is sent anywhere else.

TriggerNinja does not track users or site visitors and stores only the minimal data required for logging API requests within your own WordPress database.

External Services

This plugin connects to third-party email marketing and CRM services to send form submission data. When you enable a platform and configure a form action, the plugin will send the mapped form data (such as email addresses, names, and custom fields) to that platform’s API endpoint.

What data is sent: Only the form fields you explicitly map in the action settings are transmitted to the selected platform.

When data is sent: Data is sent when a user submits a Ninja Form that has a TriggerNinja action configured.

Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and obtaining proper consent from users before collecting and transmitting their data.
