FORT is an abbreviation for Freaks Of the Round Table.
The founders of FORT are: Luna P. and Stephie. At the moment, our seconds in command are Mike, otherwise known as Fuzzy, Emily, or Emmy, and Jenna, or Pinky.
FORT is made up of a group of friends whom, at Barberton High School, are otherwise known as outcasts. And, more than likely, if we were in “normal” society, we would also be outcasts. We are a close group of friends who banded together during lunches in the 04-05 school year for the main fact that we were alone. For at least three of us, that was our Junior year of school. Now, we are Seniors, and we have our little “pets.”
Pets are Freshmen whom the older members of FORT sort of adopt and bring into the group. Normally, these Freshmen are also outcasts and “loners” of sorts. Many of us are artistic in some way.
Luna, Kelly, Tiara and myself all write.
Luna, Kelly, Derec, Fuzzy and a few others draw.
Pretty much all of us are computer geeks.
And not everyone in FORT is straight. As a matter of fact, a few of us are quite the opposite. Jenny, for instance, is the only full-blown lesbian in FORT. Myself, Eric, Stephie, and, more than likely, Emmy and Jenna, are all bi-sexual. There are about two or three A-Sexuals. And there are some who just don’t know what the fuck they’re doing. But for us, that’s fine. Whatever you’re comfortable with is what you’re comfortable with. If you want to fuck skunks… We might have an issue and think you’re a little out of it, but we’re still going to love you, as long as you don’t come in smelling like your lover.
We LOVE to get together and hang out with each other, whether it be all of us or just a few of us, we’re normally hanging out with someone from FORT. Most of us flourish on parties and get-togethers; and then there are those of us who prefer the smaller groups. Each member has his or her preference, and we don’t push them into deciding otherwise. If someone is uncomfortable, then we try to help and fix it. Sometimes, however, that is not always possible.
Over all, we’re all just a bunch of teenagers who hang on each other for support. Think of a family of teenagers... That’s us.
