ExtraPutty works on Windows 10 with the Fall Creators Update. I have both installed on my PC and there was no issue regarding compatibility.
The package that you need to download and install is ExtraPuTTY-0.29-RC2-installer.exe and then you launch the installation process, right click the package and choose Run as Administrator.
