Traditionally, men are more like Microsoft, where they’ll just make a fake version of what that chick made, then beat the shit out of her and try to intimidate everybody into using their product.

  • HP’s TouchPad Is The #2 Best Selling Tablet This Year

    >HP’s TouchPad was the most popular non-iPad tablet in the first ten months of this year, according to a new study from the NPD Group. The TouchPad has the second-largest tablet market share with 204,000 units sold (17 percent of the market), trailed by Samsung at 192,000 units.

    It’s a real shame that HP was/is too short-sighted to see value where it exists outside of dull logistics and consulting.

  • Playing The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim on A Mac via Wine

    Has anyone had any success with this yet? The WineHQ AppDB has some promising info but none that I can make work on my Macintosh with the MacPorts version of Wine-devel.

    UPDATE: I eventually had success with this Wineskin wrapper.
