Supporting British exporters every step of the way
Our Mission: To drive export growth for businesses and UK PLC through effective collaboration with government and stakeholders
Export Partners UK is a membership body of over 30 trade associations representing most industry sectors across the UK. Export Partners UK’s members work together to campaign for Export support for UK companies, especially Microbusinesses and SMEs, connecting them with larger companies to help them along the way in their export growth.
Export Partners UK’s members represent over 7,000 companies, who directly employ nearly 2.5 million employees and deliver £388bn to the UK economy of which £50bn is classed as Exports.
We work with government where there is alignment and a viable offer for our members but we also have our own expertise, information, business networks and support activities to enable British exporters to grow their business.
We take companies to key tradeshows and markets both with and without government support. We know the industries we represent and the markets which work best for our companies to help them to grow.

Helping British Companies to Grow
Export Partners UK and the industries we represent are committed to working with the UK Government to help the British companies grow their international business and promote UK trade.
In the past, most of our members delivered business services and intelligence for the Department for Business and Trade, administering the Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) which provided grants for UK exhibitors at key international trade shows and leading sectoral trade missions. This funding and collaboration came to an abrupt end in 2020.
Export Partners UK continues to make the case for a substantially better deal for UK Exporters and has submitted responses to Government consultations including the Industrial, Export and SME strategies. We believe that the Government can and must do better, in partnership with us, to enable it to reach its ambitious growth targets.
