Ordering & Results FAQ’s

  • Can I add more tests later?

    Yes. After your first Core Test, you can expand anytime — with another System, a Complete Blueprint, or smaller Add-Ons. Each connects to your existing DNA profile, and new results unlock instantly in the app — no new sample needed.

  • When will I get my kit home?

    We send kits once a week. Postal delivery usually takes 1–2, and a bit longer if you live far abroad – so don’t worry if it doesn’t arrive right away. You’ll see your results in the app about 2–4 weeks after we receive your sample, and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready.

  • How long does it take to get results?

    You’ll usually see results in the app 2–4 weeks after we receive your sample. We’ll send you a notification as soon as they’re ready.

  • Do I need to send a new sample for every test?

    No. One saliva sample is enough for all Systems, Blueprints, and Add-Ons.

  • Why saliva and not blood?

    Modern labs can get the same accurate DNA from cheek cells in saliva as from blood. It’s just easier and more comfortable for you.

  • Is the test reliable?

    Yes. We analyse over 650,000 genetic markers (SNP’s) with highest accuracy, and every insight is backed by large-scale scientific studies (1500+ GWAS studies). 

  • What do the results include?

     Every insight has four layers:

    • Results – your personal genetic findings.
    • Tips – practical advice you can use right away.
    • Facts – what your genetics say about you.
    • Science – the research that supports it, explained clearly.

  • How is my data protected?

    Your DNA and Coach conversations never leave our secure system. We don’t sell your data. Samples are destroyed 4 months after analysis, and genetic data is kept only with your consent (max 5 years). Everything is encrypted and access-controlled.

  • Who can see my genetic data?

    Only our certified lab (with coded IDs, not your name) and Evogenom’s secure system. If you ever choose to delete your data, we’ll erase it.

  • Can my data be shared for research?

    Only if you give separate, explicit consent. Otherwise, your data is never used for research.

  • What happens to my sample after testing?

    Your saliva sample is destroyed within 4 months after analysis.

  • Can I use this if I’m pregnant or sick?

    Yes. Pregnancy or a mild illness doesn’t change your genetic code.

  • Is EvoCoach private?

    Yes. EvoCoach conversations are just between you and the Coach. Nothing is shared outside the system.

  • Is this medical advice?

    No.

    EvoCoach and your results are for informational and wellness purposes.

    They are not medical diagnoses.

    For health concerns, always consult a healthcare professional.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna (invoice or instalments), MobilePay, and Finnish wellness benefits like Smartum and ePassi.
