I think for this year's new year's resolutions, I'm going to focus more on doing constructive things that I still enjoy. Like music, art, etc. I'll focus on learning more songs, experimenting more with art, etc.
I am going to slip in a couple of little improvements that I need to be making as far as cleaning and other responsibilities, but if I don't make them manageable I know I won't bother with them. I think maybe I'll just go with something like "At least one thing per week that's more than the bare minimum" and voila. I will already be cleaning more than I have been for a while now. If I alternate what that "one thing" is on a rotating schedule, my apartment will be less of a disaster.
I should probably pick back up with mission101_2009 and work my resolutions into that. I let that fall by the wayside and I want to focus on a lot of little goals again. I know I tend to feel happier when I'm accomplishing goals. If they're only small goals here and there for a while because I feel horrible, that's fine. I'm still accomplishing things, and all the little things can be baby steps toward a big goal.
XD I'd love to win a million dollars, or failing that, have an easy part time job fall right into my lap, but looking at things realistically, they're going fairly well lately.
