By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed online and paid in full at the time of booking. Name badges will be provided at check-in and must be worn throughout the event.
2. Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
• 100% refund for cancellations made before May 1
• 50% refund for cancellations made on and between May 1 and July 31
• No refunds for cancellations on or after July 31

3. Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers may be requested by emailing
[email protected]. No transfers will be considered on or after August 1.
4. Changes to the Event
Speakers, schedule, and venue are subject to change. In the unlikely event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund of your registration fee but cannot be responsible for travel or lodging expenses.
5. Photography & Recording
By attending, you acknowledge that the event may be recorded or photographed and agree that your likeness may be used in future promotional materials.
6. Health & Safety
By registering, you accept the risks associated with participation in a public event, including potential exposure to illness. Please use discretion and follow health guidelines.
