Vivian Imerman is a South African businessperson. He was CEO of tinned fruit company Del Monte International and alcoholic beverages producer Whyte & Mackay.

Vivian was born in Johannesburg, to a Jewish family. His father, Samuel Imerman, was a chemist. His grandfather emigrated to South Africa from Russia, after the Russian Revolution. Vivian fought in the South African Border War.

He is married to Gina Gervis. He has three children with Gina; and one child with his former wife Lisa Tchenguiz. Lisa is the sister of his business partners, entrepreneurs and investors Vincent Tchenguiz and Robert Tchenguiz. The Tchenguiz are of Iranian Jewish/Iraqi Jewish descent.
