Shari Headley is an American actress and model. She is known for her roles in the films Coming to America, and its sequel; The Preacher’s Wife, Johnson Family Vacation, Towelhead, and Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween; the series Gideon Oliver, All My Children, 413 Hope St., The Guiding Light, The Bold and the Beautiful, The Haves and the Have Nots, Switched at Birth, Star, and On Becoming a God in Central Florida; and the music videos for “Half Crazy,” “Before I Let You Go,” and “Wild Wild West.”

She is the daughter of Sarah (Bell) and Godfrey St. Elmore Headley, a dental technician. Her father was born in Trinidad. Her mother is likely an African-American woman from New York. Shari has a son with her former husband, actor and entertainer Christopher Martin, “Play” from duo Kid N’ Play.
