Ryan Howard is an American professional baseball player. A first baseman, he spent his entire professional career with the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He is nicknamed “the Big Piece.”

He is married to Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader Krystle Campbell, with whom he has co-written children’s books. He has at least two children, including a daughter with Krystle. Ryan is Catholic.
